Connections to amoCRM

Guide / Telegram

How to connect Telegram to amoCRM

Telegram can be connected to amoCRM through a ready-made widget, chat connector, or middleware that picks up messages and creates events in CRM. For a pilot, this can be put together relatively quickly, but you need to immediately think about where the story is stored, who owns the channel and how the dialogue is distributed.

The pilot can be quicklyBetter not on personal accountsNeed a bundle with a funnel

Step 1

Prepare the channel

  • Select a working Telegram account or bot for company communications.
  • Don't use managers' personal accounts as your only entry point.
  • Decide right away who responds first and how the dialogue is conveyed.

Step 2

Choose a connection method

  • To quickly launch, use a chat widget or a ready-made connector.
  • If you need flexible logic, connect through the API and an intermediate layer.
  • Check if the solution can store history in the deal card.

Step 3

Tie to the funnel

  • Create a deal or contact immediately from a new dialogue.
  • Record the channel, the person responsible and the time of the first response.
  • Add auto-tasks and control over manager silence.

Common mistakes

What breaks the Telegram integration

No common history

Managers write from different accounts, and CRM does not collect the entire dialogue.

No channel owner

No one is responsible for the speed of response and analysis of missed requests.

No next step

Even if the message gets to CRM, the transaction remains without a task and hangs.
