How to connect VK to amoCRM

VK is usually connected to amoCRM in two layers: lead forms and community messages. For a basic circuit, you can collect requests quite quickly, but if you need a full-fledged omnichannel and a history of dialogues in the card, it is better to select a normal connector and routing rules in advance.

Step 1

Prepare VK-sources

  • Determine what exactly you are connecting: form, chat, community messages, advertising.
  • Immediately sort them into separate sources in CRM.
  • Prepare who is responsible for each type of request.

Step 2

Set up lead generation

  • Each new request should create a deal or contact according to an understandable rule.
  • Set the source, campaign, manager and deadline for the first response.
  • Do not leave applications “for later” without an automatic task.

Step 3

Check the analytics

  • See if all requests actually reach CRM.
  • Check whether data on advertising and source is lost.
  • Separately check the reaction speed and handling of missed touches.
