How to connect Instagram to amoCRM

Instagram connects to CRM not directly “anyhow”, but through the Meta infrastructure and business profile. Therefore, it is especially important here to take into account in advance the limitations of the platform, access to the page, and what type of messages and requests should be entered into CRM.

Step 1

Prepare your account

  • Use your business profile and check your rights to the associated Meta infrastructure.
  • Record who technically owns the account and advertising account.
  • Check what type of messages and leads should go to CRM.

Step 2

Select connector

  • Connect only a solution that can normally run a channel through Meta logic.
  • Check the creation of cards, linking the story and assigning a person in charge.
  • Do not launch the channel until you are sure that the history is not lost.

Step 3

Gather control

  • Set tasks for the first answer and reactions in stages.
  • Check the analytics on Instagram as a separate source.
  • Make sure that after an employee changes, the client does not drop out of the process.
